I'll laugh pretty hard if this isn't a misquote of some kind. Bizarre, it doesnt matter if the administration has unprecedented access to the commission and having unprecedented cooperation to the commission doesnt even make sense. If it's not a misquote, this guy needs to learn how to talk.
